What are your fees?

We charge a 10% commission for approved and processed cash reimbursements only - there are no additional fees, and we do not charge for found inventory

What happens if a reimbursement is reversed?

If a reimbursement is reversed, any commission we previously charged to you will be added back to your account as a credit and applied to future invoices. These credits do not expire, and will carry over to future invoices until they are used.

How am I billed, and how do I receive my reimbursements?

You are billed monthly according to the date you enter your payment method. All reimbursements are paid to you directly via Amazon according to your pay schedule with them.

Do you charge for reimbursements issued automatically by Amazon?

No, we only charge for successful cash reimbursements that are a direct result of our work.

Where can I find my reimbursements?

Reimbursements appear on the homepage of your dashboard. They will include the unit information, case and reimbursement ID, type, amount reimbursed, and the date it was processed. The case and reimbursement IDs are also linked to Seller Central so you can verify there.

Do you abide by Amazon’s Terms of Service (ToS)?

Absolutely! According to Amazon’s terms of service:

"Our policies prohibit any activity that would interfere with our capacity to help other sellers. Examples of such activities include submitting insufficiently researched or premature requests, or submitting a large number of requests in a short time. Sellers who repeatedly engage in these activities may receive delayed support on their cases or be subject to monitoring, investigation, and account action."

TrueOps’ technology carefully prepares the claims with all required information and has a number of safeguards in place to ensure that our team maintains claims volume at a reasonable level for your account.

Why did my estimate change?

Estimates change continuously as discrepancies are reconciled, and new discrepancies arise on your account.

Can you file cases for incorrect FBA fees?

Absolutely! Once you've provided the correct weights and dimensions for your products on Amazon, we’ll be able to monitor your account for these discrepancies.
